I think it is not right to say that green tea is a good weight loss itself. It is only one of the factor and others like doing a regular exercise, eating those foods that are only right for your body type and will not exceed on your daily nutritional needs according to what I've read from an article about tea at tulsi tea which tackles the importance of a proper diet and exercise are the major factors for a good weight loss.
